That's why we proudly offer our customers a comprehensive 5-Year Frame Guarantee on all our sofas. From the day of purchase, you can rest easy, knowing that you are covered for five years against any structural damages caused by manufacturing defects.

What is Covered:

Drawing on over 100 years of combined experience and expertise, our Frame Guarantee ensures that you won't need to utilize it. However, in the rare instance that you do, here's what you're covered for:

• Frame
• Internal Damages
• Webbing
• Springs

Exclusions from the Frame Guarantee:

• Usual wear and tear
• Burn marks
• Seat/back cushions
• Spillages/stains
• Improper care
• Accidental damage
• Any item where an alteration has been carried out

Terms & Conditions - Frame Guarantee

Commencement of Guarantee:

• The Frame Guarantee commences from the date of purchase.
• This guarantee is non-transferable and exclusively valid from the date of the initial purchase.

Documentation Requirement:

• To avail of the guarantee, you must be able to provide your order number or receipt of purchase.

Exclusions from Guarantee:

• Sofa beds and footstools are excluded from this Frame Guarantee.
• Seating cushions and back cushions are not covered by this guarantee.

Inspection Process:

• We will conduct an inspection of the product to assess and determine the most effective way to rectify any identified problems.

Call Out Charge:

• A £50 call-out charge is applicable for our inspection service.
• The call-out charge will be refunded if faults are found on your suite during the inspection.

Non-Refundable Call Out Charge:

• If there is no fault with your suite or the identified issue is not covered by our guarantee, the £50 call-out charge will not be refunded.

Replacement of Damaged Pieces:

• Only the damaged pieces identified during the inspection will be eligible for replacement.
