14-Day Money Back Guarantee:

SDB offers a 14-day money back guarantee from the day of delivery. Within this timeframe, you have the option to return your product(s) and receive a full refund. Please note that all products must be returned in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns of used items, and goods left outdoors for collection will not be accepted. Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition.

Returning Due to Manufacturing Issues:

If you wish to return your product based on a manufacturing issue, we offer a free pick-up service.

Returning Due to Personal Preference:

If you want to return the suite due to a personal preference (not liking the chosen model), you can either swap it for a different model or return the item for a pickup charge of £100.

Self-Return Process:

If you prefer to send the suite back yourself, please provide us with the appropriate tracking information. Upon arrival, we will promptly initiate your refund. All refunds will be processed once the returns are received, checked, and inspected.

Exceptions to Returns:

We regret to inform you that clearance and custom orders cannot be returned, as these items are made to measure and are not resalable.

In the unfortunate event that you wish to return your product within the 14-day money back guarantee period due to faults or unsatisfactory conditions, please contact us. We will make every effort to rectify the problem without additional charges.
