Order Placement:

Upon placing your order, our skilled craftsmen begin crafting your bespoke suite. As all our products are made to order, this allows us ample time to create and perfect your unique suite. Delivery dates are confirmed once we receive confirmation that your products have been crafted.

Day of Delivery:

On the scheduled delivery day, our drivers typically depart between 6 – 9 am, depending on the day's route. With multiple drops on a route, our drivers ensure you are prepared by giving you a courtesy call approximately an hour before delivery. Our 2-man delivery team is authorised to bring the suite into any GROUND FLOOR room of your choice. A nominal additional charge of £20 applies per flight of stairs if you require delivery beyond the ground floor. Please note, our delivery drivers do not assemble your sofa. The assembly, facilitated by simple clips, is a straightforward process. However, if you prefer our team to assemble your sofa, an additional charge of £10 will be applied.

While specific dates cannot be assured, we can guarantee that your order will be delivered AFTER a specified date, mitigating concerns about delivery during your absence.
