Ordering and Agreement

By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions. Please carefully review these terms before submitting your order, as they outline important information about our products, contract terms, and procedures for resolving issues. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

Order Acceptance and Delivery

We'll confirm your order by email, establishing a contract between us.

If we can't accept your order due to stock or pricing errors, we'll notify you promptly and won't charge you.

Our website delivers to specific UK areas. Check our Delivery Page for details before placing your order.

Order Amendments

Contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery to request changes to your order. We'll confirm if the changes are possible and update you on any price or delivery time adjustments.

Once confirmed, we'll email you a summary of the changes.

Product Details

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours may vary due to device settings.

Handmade products may have slight dimension variations.

Purchases of the same product may differ in colour and size between production batches.

Advertised dimensions have a 2-3Inches tolerance.

Returns & Refunds 

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, but returns must be approved and sent back within this period.

To request a return or exchange, call our Customer Service team. Return shipping is at your expense.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are issued after inspection at our warehouse and may take up to 14 working days.

This policy does not apply to business customers.

Product Issues

Within 30 days of delivery, if you notice any issues with your product, such as defects or damages, please inform us promptly. We'll promptly address your concerns by offering a refund, replacement, or repair for recorded faults.

Beyond the initial 30-day period, our commitment to your satisfaction continues. Within the first 6 months from delivery, we'll endeavor to repair or replace any faulty items. If issues arise after this period, you may need to provide evidence to establish any manufacturer-related faults.

Rest assured, all our products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee, providing peace of mind against manufacturing defects. This guarantee excludes ex-display models unless otherwise stated.

Please note that ex-display models, while still of high quality, may not be covered by our standard guarantee unless explicitly specified.

In cases where finance was used for payment, any complaints will be handled in accordance with regulatory guidelines to ensure fair and transparent resolution.

Should you need to return a faulty product, rest assured that there will be no additional delivery charges incurred if the fault is determined to be of manufacturer origin.

It's important to note that refunds may be adjusted for excessive wear and tear or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

We are fully committed to upholding the standards set forth by the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, ensuring that your rights as a consumer are protected and respected.

Pricing and Payments

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing, with all listed prices inclusive of VAT.

Rest assured, we diligently ensure accuracy in pricing across all our platforms, including our website.

Once you've completed your payment, the price you've secured remains firm, unaffected by any subsequent changes.

In the rare instance of a pricing error, we'll promptly reach out to you, cancel the order, and issue a full refund to rectify the situation.

Please note that payments are accepted exclusively in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).

For transactions involving finance, your contractual agreement is with the finance provider. Should you have any queries or concerns regarding finance agreements, we recommend reaching out directly to the provider for assistance.
